EDUCATION
• 46 various schoolbuildings repaired and upgraded
• Constructed two-storey six-classrooms schoolbuilding at Amang Rodriguez ES
• 40 schoolchildren from Barangays Catmon and Concepcion were assisted to avail of the Petron Tulong Aral Scholarship.
• Computer Van Aralan was launched and operated for youth computer literacy project.
• The City of Malabon University introduced new degree programs such as BS Journalism and BSE Major in Social Studies.
• More than 160,000 Primary Grade School children were provided with school bags and supplies through "Alalay sa Mag-aaral" Project.
• P1,000,000.00 fund was allocated for Early Childhood Care and Development Progam.

ROAD AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT
• Repaired and Upgraded 10,530.6 meters of roads.
• Rehabilitated 9,919.50 meters of canals

DELIVERY OF SOCIAL SERVICES
• Distributed 8,000 Philhealth cards to indigent families.
• More than 5,000 benefitted in the Tulong at Kalinga sa Maralita Project held in December 2004.
• Converted a container van into a Day Care Center in Brgy. Longos.
• About 40,000 indigent families benefitted from the Pamaskong Handog ni Mayor Tito Oreta held in Dec. 2005 and 2006
• An estimated 454,672 individuals availed of various services through the Bisita Barangay Project from 2004 up to 2011.
• 20,000 indigent families benefitted from "Handog ni Mayor Tito sa Araw ng mga Puso".
• Lugawsa Batang Ligaw Feeding Program for Street Children was implemented.
• 31 individuals from different barangays benefitted from the "Tindahan Natin" Project.

HEALTH
• All-out war against Dengue Project was held in 21 Barangays.
• Initiated Ligtas Buntis Program to protect pregnant mothers.
• Operation Timbang was provided to 46,224 0 to 59-months old infants in support of the Garantisadong Pambata Program.

HOUSING
• Members of the KARISMA Homeowner's Association became the beneficiaries of the Panghulo Relocation and Housing Site.

SPORTS AND RECREATION
• First Mayor Tito Oreta Women’s Olympics was initiated.
• The Mayor Tito Oreta Free Karate Training Program was launched and operated.

EMPLOYMENT AND LIVELIHOOD
• SEA-K Livelihood Assistance were made available to selected families in Brgys. Longos and Concepcion.

ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION AND WASTE MANAGEMENT
• Established a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) to be operated by Brgy. Catmon
• Assisted 7 junk shops in various barangays for accreditation as MRF’s by the DENR.

PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
• Six wheelchairs were awarded to persons with disabilities.
